To unite our team and clarify our direction for the future, Linkeycon held an Annual Planning & Review Conference that seamlessly combined team-building vitality with strategic depth. Over the course of two inspiring days, we climbed Mount Tianzhu together, shared reflections on growth, finalized strategic plans, and committed to clear objectives—each moment filled with determination, cohesion, and forward momentum.
The first day began with a team-building mountain hike at Mount Tianzhu. A specially invited team-building coach, Mark, designed a highly meaningful interactive activity: participants were divided into two groups, with positions rotating every five minutes, allowing everyone to engage in focused one-on-one conversations with different colleagues.
These brief yet impactful exchanges broke down departmental barriers, fostered deeper understanding, and strengthened interpersonal connections—laying a solid foundation for future cross-functional collaboration.
As night fell, the physical fatigue from the climb was replaced by enthusiastic sharing. During the post-hike reflection session, team members openly discussed insights gained from the climb and lessons learned from collaboration. The perseverance and teamwork demonstrated on the mountain were transformed into a shared understanding of cooperation in daily work, ensuring that the value of the team-building experience truly took root.
On the second day, the atmosphere shifted from relaxed collaboration to focused professionalism as the formal Annual Planning & Review Conference commenced.
The meeting opened with business units signing their performance commitment letters. This solemn act symbolized not only accountability, but also firm confidence and determination to achieve ambitious targets in the coming year.
Chairwoman April Lin then delivered a keynote strategic address. From an industry-wide perspective, she provided in-depth analysis of market trends across four core sectors: automotive capacitors, industrial inverters, home appliances (refrigeration, air conditioning, and washing machines), and AI servers.
Through data-driven insights and forward-looking judgment, she clearly outlined market opportunities and strategic focus areas, enabling all attendees to gain a deeper and more precise understanding of industry prospects and the company’s strategic positioning.
Guided by the strategic direction set by the Chairwoman, each department presented its annual review and future plans. Teams reflected on past achievements and shortcomings, clarified priorities, and outlined concrete action paths—demonstrating a pragmatic and continuously improving work mindset.
Following the presentations, coach Mark posed four thought-provoking questions to the entire team, sparking deep reflection:
If I take customer service as my guiding principle, what more can I do?
Regarding problems identified in my work, what solutions can I propose, and what is my concrete action plan (including milestone-based management)?
Who are my key internal and external stakeholders?
What can I do to contribute to improving the company’s overall quality?
These questions progressed logically from customer orientation to problem-solving, stakeholder awareness, and quality enhancement—encouraging each individual to reflect on the symbiotic relationship between personal growth and corporate development.
In the closing session, CEO Steve Li delivered a powerful summary centered on three core principles:
Customer-centricity: embedding customer needs throughout every stage of work;
Closed-loop problem solving: ensuring every issue has a response, a solution, and a review;
Systemic thinking: building internal and external communities of shared interests to drive sustainable growth.
Most inspiringly, Steve Li outlined the company’s three-year plan to pursue a STAR Market (Sci-Tech Innovation Board) listing, detailing key performance indicators and risk mitigation strategies. He emphasized that only by aligning around a shared vision and working in full collaboration can the company seize the opportunities of a technology-driven era—achieving mutual growth in both corporate and individual value.
His words resonated deeply, energizing the entire team and reinforcing our collective confidence in the road ahead.
After the conference concluded, the team gathered for dinner, sharing both achievements and renewed motivation. Under the night sky, we descended the mountain together, completing the journey safely and smoothly. The starlight that guided our steps illuminated not only the path beneath our feet, but also the direction of our future.
This Annual Planning & Review Conference was both a powerful team-building experience and a decisive strategic deployment. The climb up Mount Tianzhu taught us the strength of perseverance and collaboration; the clear strategic roadmap defined our goals and direction.
Looking ahead, let us move forward with shared conviction and determination—working side by side, striving toward the light, and embarking together on a new chapter of Linkeycon’s growth and success.
