Before starting our annual planning and review, we began with a hike at Tianzhu Mountain.
It was the first day of our two-day program. The trail wasn’t easy, and everyone moved at a different pace, but along the way we looked out for one another, shared the load, and made sure no one was left behind.
The hike felt a lot like our daily work — same direction, different rhythms, and progress made through teamwork and mutual support.
Reaching the top, we were tired but relaxed.
Not because we completed a challenge, but because we did it together.
This hike marked the opening of our annual planning and review.
On Day 2, we’ll gather to reflect on the past year and align on the road ahead.
