Forging a Strong Team to Craft Excellence, Leading the Future with Quality — LINKEYCON Anhui Successfully Launches 2025 Team Building and Quality Month Activities

On July 31, 2025, 220 employee representatives from Anhui LINKEYCON Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the 2025 annual team-building event and the kick-off ceremony for the “Precision in Capacitance, Quality Leads the Future” Quality Month. The event aimed to strengthen team cohesion and instill the awareness that “quality is the lifeline of enterprise development,” injecting lasting momentum into the company’s healthy and orderly growth.

During the event, all participants were divided into teams to take part in five thoughtfully designed activities: drum ball bouncing, team jump rope relay, tug-of-war, tower building, and more. Throughout the challenges, teams collaborated, competed with passion, and demonstrated resilience. After each activity, the winning team shared their strategies for success, while teams that fell short performed a collective “Quality Push-Up” as a symbol of their determination to improve. The tug-of-war competition brought the event to a thrilling climax, showcasing LINKEYCON employees' perseverance, fighting spirit, and team excellence. Ultimately, the team "Blade Walkers, Invincible Kindness" won first place, thanks to their strong collaboration and execution, and shared their key to success.

Before launching the Quality Month under the theme “Precision in Capacitance, Quality Leads the Future,” a team-building activity named “Bridge of Craftsmanship” allowed each group to deeply experience the importance of precision and reliability in every step. Two teams delivered outstanding performances in this challenge and shared their insights.

Following the team activities, the 2025 LINKEYCON Anhui Quality Month was officially launched. Quality Manager Li Min presented an overview of the current product qualification rates and outlined the company’s quality initiatives. She emphasized that product quality is closely tied to the company’s development and every employee’s interests. Just like in team-building exercises, quality control requires full participation and a closed-loop process.

During the event, annual performance and service awards were also presented, encouraging employees to grow together with the company and become long-term contributors to its success.

In his concluding remarks, General Manager Li Junchi emphasized that while the event highlighted the team’s great potential, it also exposed areas for improvement in collaboration. He noted that the team-building event and the issuance of performance and tenure awards reflect the company’s responsibility and commitment. Taking the Quality Month as a new starting point, he called on every employee to firmly establish the awareness that “quality is the lifeline of business survival and development.” Human Resources will continue to optimize the performance evaluation system to reward high-performing contributors and those who take initiative, while identifying and improving the performance of underachievers or passive participants. Through enhanced evaluation and a clear system of rewards and accountability, the company will uphold its belief in valuing long-term contributors, making the “Quality Leads the Future” vision deeply rooted, and jointly driving the company toward high-quality development.

This event was not only a refinement of team spirit but also a deepening of quality consciousness. Several participating employees shared their reflections, expressing appreciation for the company’s sense of responsibility. They said they now better understand the close link between their personal growth and the company's development.
