As the wind and sand of the vast Gobi brushed against the ankles, and the 88km journey transitioned from "passion" to "struggle" and finally to "relief", this unique on-site leadership program – initiated by Professor Li Xiujuan from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) – was more than just a physical challenge. It was a profound journey of self-transcendence, centered on teamwork and unwavering faith. And our LINKEYCON leader, April Lin, was a steadfast participant in this transformative experience.

Over three days, from the first light of dawn to the starry night sky, every grain of sand in the Gobi whispered the truth of "a microcosm of entrepreneurial life": clinging on during uphill climbs and staying steady during downhill descents. This mirrors every challenge LINKEYCON has faced on its growth path – there are no permanent smooth roads, but there is always the courage to move forward. As April shared, during the journey, she once felt physically exhausted and even wanted to slow down. Yet, seeing teammates support each other and hearing the simple yet powerful words "I’m here" made her realize: true progress is never a solo battle, but a collective march forward.

This Gobi trip also revealed the true weight of "teamwork". When a group of outstanding individuals step into the wilderness, the weaknesses of individualism – such as disputes, internal friction, and scattered goals – become exposed, just as many teams might encounter. However, a truly strong team always finds cohesion in adversity: some take the lead to guide the direction, some quietly fill gaps to ensure no one is left behind, and others turn difficulties into scenic moments with an optimistic mindset. April noted that in the Gobi, there was no "CEO" label – only the identity of "fellow traveler". Letting go of trivial calculations and trusting each other wholeheartedly is the only way to navigate through wind and sand to reach the destination. This is exactly the team spirit LINKEYCON has always advocated: though we may be in different roles, we share one common goal. Only through mutual trust and support can we go further together.
